01 Product Access and Usage

• We reserve the right to ban, suspend, or permanently terminate your product key and account at any time without prior notice if you are found in violation of our terms.
• Lifetime access means the lifetime of the product, not your lifetime. Products can be shut down, discontinued, or retired at any time without compensation.
• Unauthorized distribution, sharing, reselling, or leaking of your product key is strictly prohibited and will result in an instant ban.
• It is your responsibility to keep your product key safe. Lost, stolen, or shared keys will not be replaced. Sharing your key will result in a ban.

02 Payment and Fraud Protection

• We reserve the right to decline, hold, or cancel any payment flagged as suspicious, fraudulent, or high-risk.
• If your payment is flagged, you will not receive your product key. The payment may be held or refunded to the card owner.
• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Any chargeback will result in a permanent ban of your product key and blacklisting from future services.
• Threatening a chargeback will result in an instant ban.
• All purchases are logged and secured with transaction records, IP address, and device information to be used as evidence against fraudulent chargebacks.
• Attempting a chargeback after agreeing to these terms is considered a breach of contract and fraudulent activity. We will submit all logs, communications, and user agreements as proof to the payment processor to contest chargebacks.
• Users who attempt a chargeback agree to forfeit all future access to Nenyooo Store and its associated services permanently.
• Providing fake payment information such as a false name, billing address, or contact details will result in the order being placed on hold for manual review.

03 Cryptocurrency Payments

• Cryptocurrency payments are final and cannot be reversed, refunded, or disputed.
• It is your responsibility to send the exact payment amount to the correct wallet address.
• We are not responsible for payments sent to the wrong address, incorrect payment amounts, or network fee issues.
• Failure to cover transaction fees on the blockchain will result in an incomplete payment, and your product key will not be delivered.
• If you send less than the required amount or fail to cover network fees, your order will be invalid, and no compensation or product key will be provided.

04 Product Updates and Delays

• Purchasing during updates or maintenance does not guarantee immediate access. There is no ETA for when the product will be fully available.
• We prioritize security and thorough testing before public releases. Development may be delayed due to personal life commitments.
• No compensation, refunds, or time extensions will be provided due to update delays.

05 Support Policy

• Support is provided when we are available and is not guaranteed to be instant.
• Spamming support channels will result in refusal of further assistance.
• We provide detailed guides to help you set up and troubleshoot common issues. You are expected to follow these guides before requesting support.

06 Service Availability

• We do not guarantee continuous product availability. Products may go offline, be updated, or permanently shut down at any time.
• Game updates can cause our products to temporarily stop working, which may result in crashes on inject/launch, broken features, or other stability issues.
• We will aim to release an updated version that works with the newest game update as soon as possible. However, these versions may initially be unstable or considered temporary fixes.
• Users understand that early updates may contain bugs and are intended for testing and user feedback to help identify remaining issues.
• No refunds or compensation will be provided during periods of downtime, broken features, or while waiting for fixes.

07 Data Collection and Privacy

• We collect and log your PC hardware ID (HWID) and IP address. This data is collected when you create an account or redeem your product key for the first time.
• No additional personal information is collected unless you choose to link your Discord account. If linked, your Discord User ID will be logged and connected to your product key/account.
• We do not collect or store any payment information. All payment processing is handled securely by third-party services.
• Your data is used solely for security, verification, and fraud prevention purposes.

★ Refund Policy

• All sales are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstance.
• Chargebacks result in a permanent ban of your product key and blacklisting from all services.
• Payments flagged as fraudulent will be denied, and the product key will not be delivered.
• No refunds will be issued due to update delays or product downtime.
• Chargeback threats or fraudulent chargeback attempts will be reported to payment processors, and all user access will be revoked permanently.
• We log all digital agreements, purchase confirmations, and server communications as evidence to protect against fraudulent claims.
• Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable. Incorrect amounts or payments sent to the wrong address are the buyer's responsibility.
